- Description
- This synopsis is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for MOBIS Services. In accordance with FAR 8.001, responses are requested only from GSA Schedule holders under SIN 874-1. Requests received from vendors without GSA Schedules will not be considered. The contractor shall review current in-place processes and compare them to organizational mission and functional statements and make recommendations for the possible reorganization and merging of the NAVAIR-AD 5.0 and 4.11 competencies. The review will start at the AIR-5.0 and AIR-4.11 level 1?s; and progressively work its way to the lowest level of process ownership. The contractor will assess the content and utility of existing process information systems and information technology solutions. The majority of the work will be performed at the contractor?s site. Contractors shall propose the cost of travel as delineated in the RFQ. Additionally, each contractor shall propose the cost of travel to the Patuxent River, Maryland site as they deem necessary. A copy of the Performance Work Statement and quotation instructions are available by emailing Seaboltgw@navair.navy.mil. Please include point of contact, email address, fax number, and GSA Schedule Number with email request. All responsible GSA Schedule holders under SIN 874-1 may submit a quotation that shall be considered by the agency.
