Description
NA The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, services and equipment to administer, maintain, and repair all Intrusion Detection Systems/Electronic Entry Control Systems/Closed Circuit Television (IDS/EECS/CCTV) components, including Integrated Com mercial Intrusion Detection System II (ICIDS II) components, sensors, connections, system wiring, control units, and conduit at Fort Lewis that are an integral part of the Ultrak Inc./MDI OS2/SAFENET system (ICIDS II) with 3D Graphmap. Additionally, the co ntractor shall provide services to those installation facilities that have legacy systems composed of components by Moose, Simplex, ADT, Ademco and JSIIDS systems connected to ICIDS II. Contractor shall provide all necessary manpower and material require d to perform replacement of components, scheduled adjustments, conducting tests, or other scheduled or non-scheduled work and all necessary services required for administering the system. Service personnel shall have been trained on the OS2/SAFENET equipm ent, testing and administrative procedures. Personnel must be MDI qualified to work on ICIDS II systems (OS2 Safenet). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a base of 1 July 2003 through 31 October 2003 and one one-month option period. The proposed procurement is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small business (SB) concerns; however, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as SB concerns. Interested SB concerns should, as early as p ossible but not later than 10 days of this notice, indicate an interest in the acquisition to the contracting office above by providing in writing, evidence of their size status and capability to perform the full range of work. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Concern means any business entity organized for profit with a place of business within the United States, including, but not limited to an individual, partn ership, corporation, joint venture, association or cooperative. The SB size standard is any concern including its affiliates with average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $10.5 million. NAICS Code: 561621. Al l offerors must have completed CCR registration. Anticipated issue date for the solicitation is 23 June 2003.
