- The U. S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) requires a contractor to perform Field Review of Appraisals for the Birmingham, AL area. The contractor must be a licensed or certified appraiser for the State of AL, have FHA experience and be on the FHA Roster. The contractor will be required to perform on-site interior and exterior appraisals, and will be required to complete an Appraisal Reveiw Report (ARR) for each property. This procurement is set aside for small businesses.
