- Description
- The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) is soliciting for inspectors to perform Special Property Inspections (SPI). The contractor shall provide Property Inspection/Special Property Inspection Services for assigned HUD-controlled Single Family properties. The SPI shall inspect and report to HUD the physical condition of the properties under the management of the Management and Marketing (M&M) contractor(s). The geographic areas covered by this solicitation are for properties within the jurisdiction of the Atlanta Homeownership Center (HOC) for the following areas: Area 2 (AL, GA & MS); Area 3 (FL & the Caribbean); Area 1 (the 21 counties of Western TN). This solicitation is set aside for 8(a) firms serviced by the SBA with NAICS code 541350. A Fixed-Price Indefinite-Quantity contract is contemplated. The contract period will be a one-year base period, with four one-year options.
