- The Bureau of the Census intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, to Loving Works Corporation, 8700 Georgia Ave., Suite 401 Silver Spring, MD to procure a Contractor to provide for the design, development, and implementation of a workflow application that will interface with the Bureau's Administrative Records Tracking System(ARTS).
