- Description
- Solicitation to be issued unrestricted, under other than full and open competition, for Long-Term Contract Project LTC03114011059 to establish a 10-year Corporate Contract (2-year Base Period and four 2-year Option Periods) with Hamilton Sundstrand (CAGE Code 55280). This synopsis is for 60 sole-source National Stock Numbers (NSNs) identified against the 55820 CAGE Code. Forty-one of the 60 NSNs are in Federal Stock Group (FSG) 28, with the other 22 NSNs in FSGs 15, 16, 29, 31, 53, 59, 61, and 66. If any of the initial 60 NSNs, or those added after contract award, that are found later not to be sole-source to will be removed from the contract at the end of the base period. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required. Annual updates to your registration will be required.
