PRLI:0001, Qty: Estimated Annual Qty = 18738,U/I:HD, Required Delivery:42 DARO, Dest: To Be Cited On Each Delivery Order. Commercial Notice(when the Government does not intend to use Part 12, Commercial Acquisition Procedures)(FAR 5.206(e)(4)). Unrestricted. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years.
