- Pr No. YPG03139000947: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Fitting, Hydraulic. There is only one approved source Arkwin Industries Inc. Cage 98391. The NSN and Part Number: 1650-00-293-4465, P/N611039-312. Delivery FOB Origin with I/A Origin, 120 DARO. The quantity is 68 each for a Base Year and provisions for a 100% quantity option. This requirement is a Critical Application Item. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
