Specifications, Plans or drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Anticipated award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base plus four option years. FOB Origin, Destinations Unknown. Origin inspection. No electronic responses are allowed. A hardcopy of the solicitation package must be completed and returned by closing IAW DSCAP 15.207(a) and 15.208(a). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLAProcurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
