Description

The United States Coast Guard, ARSC, Elizabeth City, NC is conducting a Market Survey to identify potential sources of supply for parts used on the CASPER system. At this time no solicitation exists, therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. Additionally, no technical information on the system will be provided. This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Market Survey to identify sources that can supply the same or similar components (that will have the same form, fit, and function) as the parts listed on the parts list page of this survey. Interested parties that believe they have the same or similar parts that can meet the above requirements of form, fit, and function should submit company information, specific parts referenced information, and any other relevant information. This information should be submitted within 30 days via e-mail to lmceachin@arsc.uscg.mil. Please use the subject line: Parts Information. Hard copies may be sent to the address listed below if clearly marked: CASPER Parts Information, ATTN: L. McEachin. Bldg 78. This is not a request for proposals. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bids or Request of Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any costs incurred for their participation in this survey, nor shall a basis for claim against the Government arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought Notice or Government use of any information provided.
