- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma Desalting Plant, Yuma, Arizona 85364 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Revegetation and Wildlife Management Services, 201 South Palm Drive, Blythe CA 92225 for continuation of maintenance for River Mile 31 Mitigation Project. Competition is restricted to only one source due to the nature of the service to be continued. The proposed Purchase Order is a continuation of previous years work on the RM 31 Mitigation Project. Revegetation and Wildlife has done intensive work on having the area suitable for planting and it's their responsibility to abide to the survival rate at the end of the 5 year period. This procurement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures. The anticipated award date is July 1, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The quotation shall show the sources= capability to continue service and guarantee an 80 percent survival rate.
