- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center is seeking qualified small business sources to participate in an acquisition for technical services in support of CNO Project Beartrap. Services include operation/ maintenance of Project Beartrap worldwide computer network system - development of specialized systems software for aircraft/laboratory data collection and analysis - and providing technical, data collection for intelligence, hardware and software system test and proof of concepts in the area of Antisubmarine Warfare (ASW)/Undersea Warfare (USW). Interested small businesses will have a successful past performance record and have extensive knowledge of and experience in such areas as integrated sonar signal acquisition, tactical analysis systems, maritime patrol aircraft antisubmarine warfare platforms, art magnetic signal processing applicable to USW and must have a top secret facility clearance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 (Engineering Services), which establishes a small business size standard of $20M. Respondents should identify their business status (i.e. HUB Zone small business, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Woman-owned, etc.) and provide information that addresses their technical capability to perform the required services and to meet the specified security requirements. In addition, provide past performance information for those contracts that are similar in nature to the effort identified herein. The past performance information should include the contract number, type services, contract amount and duration, name of company or activity and point of contact name and telephone number. All interested prospective offerors must submit the technical capability information to Rebecca_Washington@jax.fisc.navy.mil NO LATER THAN 7 July 2003. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. It is currently anticipated that the solicitation will be released by August 2003.
