- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, USZA96-03-Q-1005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. The associated NAICS code is 238110 and small business size standard is $12.0M. Line Item 0001 – Furnish and install 5” thick 3500 psi concrete reinforced with 6 x 6 – 6/6 WWM at SBT22, Stennis Space Center, MS. 1,056’ in length and 16’ wide. Includes mobilization and earthwork. FOB Destination to SBT22, Stennis Space Center, MS. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. Offerors are required to complete and include a copy of the following provision with their proposals: FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition as well as FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
