- Description
- Project involves fabricating and installing a steel truss trail bridge over Lake Creek. The bridge site is approximately 1.5 miles from the trailhead and is accessible by a foot trail closed to motorized and mechanical vehicles. Use of motorized equipment and tools at the bridge site are allowed. Work includes but is not limited to: fabrication, transportation, and installation of a 50 foot steel truss bridge with deck and hand rails, concrete abutments, wing walls and approach fills. Transportation of bridge and construction materials may require use of helicopter. Estimated start work date is 5/12/03 with 210 days contract time. An alternate payment protection will be required after award. Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code is 237310. Package will be available approximately 3/31/03.
