- Description
- This amendment expands on the Sources Sought Synopsis for RFP PR-CI-03-10772 issued on 06/10/03 for Survey Support Services. Services to be performed also include database development using quality assurance procedures which ensure completeness, accuracy, and security of the databases. Basic database maintenance tasks which includes recalling and archiving data files will be required. Databases must be in formats that are convertible to EPA standard software and allow for efficient data analysis and linkages to other files in each database and to others specified by the EPA. An offeror must be capable of the designing of computer algorithms and programs that will implement statistical procedures and data graphics. Databases and programs for statistical analysis should be developed using EPA's IBM/OS390 mainframe facilities and SAS.
