- Description
- This procurement requires the contractor to provide technical support for ship systems and subsystems supporting US/UK Strategic Weapons Systems Support sustaining services. The contract period of performance will be 01 October 2003 through 30 September 2004. The contract will also contain four one-year options from 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2009. Award will be made using other than full and open competition to General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, CT 06340. Electric Boat is the only known source possessing the unique facilities and personnel expertise required for this effort. The contract will include an option provision to increase the level-of-effort items up to 30% for the base period and the option period, if the option is exercised. Security Clearance Required. See Note 22.!
