- Description
- The Office of Naval Research requires technical support from a contractor to develop a plan and methodology for the Navy to create a Combat Identification Roadmap to meet 2020 requirements. The creation of this roadmap will be accomplished via two distinct steps: first enable ONR to obtain CNO approval by showing that a CID Roadmap is the most cost effective and timely strategy to insure CID programs meet 2020 operational requirements. Second, once the plan and methodology is approved, draft the plan and begin the execution. The CCID program is currently being supported by Whitney, Bradley, & Brown, Inc. under ONR Order N00014-02-F-0073. This solicitation, N00014-03-R-0017, is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP), to all Contractors under the Management, Organization, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS), Multiple Award Schedule 874, and Professinal Engineering Services, Multiple Award Schedule 871.
