- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to issue on a sole source basis, with BD Karesh, LLC, a contract for Acoustic Emissions Testing for missile gas, high pressue air banks and re-certification. Test personnel qualification and test equipment validation documentation must be approved by NAVSEA. The closing date receipt of offers is 18 June 2003, 2:00 p.m. local time. Award to be FOB: Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Request for the solicitation will be accepted via Mail addressed to: Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex, Attn: Code 532.3B/Debby Spain, Bldg. 1500, 2nd Floor, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000 or via e-mail addressed to: spainda@nnsy.navy.mil.
