- FISC Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex has a requirement to procure Pipe Hanger Assemblies. Full specifications will be provided with written solicitation package. This requirement will be awarded utiliizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13. The solicitation number is N00181-03-Q-0347.
