- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for Maintenance, Material and Technical Support for the overall telecommunications infrastructure at NSWC Indian Head Base and supported base tenant activities as listed in the Statement of Work (Attachment 1). NSWC Indian Head is intending to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the base year and four option years, a total of five years and will be utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This announcement is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), N00174-03-Q-0125. This has a 10% hub-zone price evaluation preferen ce. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990 the standard size is $6M the FSC Code is S113. NOTE: FAR and DFAR Clauses can be viewed via the Internet at http://www.abm.rda.hq.navy.mil. Offeror's are requested to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 with their quotation. The following clauses/provisions will apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3 Alt 1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (including: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-19, 52.225-1, 52.225-5, 52.225-13, 52.225-16, 52.232-33) 52.217-5, 52-217-9 and 252.204-7000, 252.204-7004. Only faxed or email quotations will be accepted, and request must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Items, name, address, cage code, DUNS number, and telephone number with its offer. All contractors MUST be registered with the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Contractors can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the web at www.ccr.gov. Quotations shall be on company letterhead in company format and may be e-mailed or faxed to Georgia Warder, Contract Specialist NSWC Indian Head Maryland.
