- The Coastal Systems Station (CSS), Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Tactaikr Fluid Controls, 4806 West Taft Road, Liverpool, NY 13088-5596 on a sole source basis for 2 each Rudder Actuator Repair "B Kits", part number 561-5749780-003KIT"B", and 2 each Rudder Actuator Repair "C Kits", part number 561-5749780-003KIT"C". These repair kits will be used for repair of the Rudder Actuators used on the Landing Craft Air Cushion. The Rudder Actuator was built by Tactair, and no other manufacturer makes repair kits for these actuators. The government does not possess the technical data necessary to permit another manufacturer to develop a comparable kit. Delivery will be to the Coastal Systems Station, 6703 West Highway 98, Panama City,FL 32407-7001. NAICS Code 332912 applies. SBA Size Standard is 500 employees. FSC is 5340
