- The U. S. Department of the Interior, on behalf of the National Park Service (NPS), has an intent to sole source a requirement to Southwestern Community College, 447 College Drive, Sylva, North Carolina 28779. The services are to provide the Oconaluftee Job Corps Center students, located at the OJCCC, in Cherokee, North Carolina educational instruction.
