- NA The U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY has a requirement for the fabrication and delivery of a floating dock or barge. This requirement is set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1000 emp loyees. For additional information on NAICS and small business size standards see www.sba.gov/size/indextableofsize.html The dock will be used to load and unload passengers and limited personal cargo at Constitution Island, when the Hudson River is free o f ice and the dock is in place. The vessel traffic supported by the dock includes a 150-passenger ferryboat. There are an estimated 380 vessel dockings per year. The Hudson river is saltwater at this location. A company must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to receive award.
