- Description
- Description of work as follows: The contractor to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete airfield pavement project in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and Drawings at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The following is a list of the possible work to be completed: Spall repair, joint/crack repair, full panel remove/replace including subgrade, bituminous pavement repair/construction, pavement striping, movement of airfield lighting, route/re-seal joints, and pavement grooving. The project is anticipated to be a requirements type contract. Work will be issued via delivery orders, which will be of relatively high magnitude. This acquisition will be issued unrestricted. Award will be made using Past Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) procedures, resulting in the best value to the government. Both price and past performance will be evaluating factors when making the award. Magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this project is 237310. All prospective offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database. More information regarding the CCR database can be found at http://www.ccr.gov. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation will be on or about 7 Jul 03. No paper copies or CD-ROMs of the solicitation will be issued.
