- Description
- This is a requirement for Overhaul. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish overhaul, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the below listed miscellaneous valves. A firm fixed price Min/Max Quantity Requirements type contract is contemplated. The items and quantities are as follows: Items: 0001 Noun: Flow Control Valve (OVERHAUL/REPAIR) NSN: 4410-00-689-1609JY P/N: 8921082G1 Appl To: E-3A; Qty: 3 EA Over one (1) year; GFM: Not applicable; CFM only. Description: Overhaul/Repair of Flow Control Valve Destination: Tinker AFB, FB2039, unless otherwise specified by the PMS at time of shipment. Required delivery date: Three (3) ea 30 days ARO/ARR. Note: Faxed solicitation requests can be submitted to the buyer, Steve Moore, Tinker AFB, (405) 739-3462. Deliveries are to be in accordance with instructions received from the Production Management Specialist prior to shipment. This requirement is a small business set aside and Qualification requirements apply. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 26 June 2003. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
