- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, transportation and other incidentals necessary to provide Remedial Maintenance for the numerical control equipment located in B/3001, in accordance with the Statement of Work and manufacturer?s specifications. Work includes providing off-site and on-site technical support for fourteen (14) equipment items; these items include: Motch VGC-52 Grinder (2 ea), Cincinnati Lancer 1250 VMC, Cincinnati 14 X 40 Step Grinder (2 ea), Cincinnati Cinturn 24U, Cincinnati T35 HMC, Cincinnati Cinturn 28 STC, Warner and Swasey 2 Axis Lathe, Warner and Swasey 4 Axis Lathe, Cincinnati 30V Profiler, Cincinnati Maxim 500 HMC (2 ea), SIP AFX Jig Bore, Komo 50/80 VMC, and Cincinnati Magnum 800 HMC. A service contract is contemplated. This is a small business set-aside. The approximate issue date for this solicitation is 30 June 2003. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 423830. Size Standard: 100 employees. The approximate response date will be 30 July 2003.
