- PR Number: FD20200320189 Item: 0001 NSN: 5985-01-505-2203AH ANTENNA COUPLER, P/N: 10-21665, (4 port) will be part of the GPS tracking system and used by the Western Range to track the MM III Force Development and Evaluation (FDE) flight tests flown from Vandenberg AFB. Will be used on the Mod 7 Instrumentation Wafer (Mod 7) and receive the L1 and L2 frequencies transmitted from the GPS satellites. TO: SAGE LABS INC, NATICK, MA. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing sources(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements is cited in each individual solicitation. The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 Oct 1984 and the requirements of FAR 9.202(A) do not apply. See Note(s) 8 and 26.
