- Description
- The Central Arkansas Veterans' Healthcare System, Little Rock, AR intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Dr. Louise Parker as referenced to FAR 6.302-1. This proposed action is to invoke expertise guidance in developing and conducting qualitative interviews for Little Rock HSR&D Field Program. Dr. Parker will provide qualitative interview process development, direct and conduct qualitative interviews with key stakeholders who participate in the TIDES intervention, training other investigators and project staff to assist her in the qualitative analysis process, prepare the final report and conference presentations. Interested parties may respond to this notice by e-mail or fax only no telephone request. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The NAICS CODE for this procurement is 621112 size standard $8.5 million
