- Description
- VAMC Birmingham, AL Prosthetic Service intends to establish consignment agreement (s) for Catheter Kits, the contractor agrees to furnish and maintain an inventory of products and related supplies at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 700 South 19th Street, Birmingham, AL 35233, for the period from date of award through June 30, 2004, with two (2) one-year option to renew on consignment basis in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract / consignment agreement. Items under this contract / consignment agreement as listed in the Consignment Inventory will be placed at the medical centers at no expense to the Government, until such time as a requirement for the item exists and a purchase (delivery) order is placed against the contract / consignment agreement. NAICS code is 339112. Solicitation packages will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov . Request for copies of the solicitation must be in writing and mailed to the above address or faxed to 334-395-4070, Attn: Samuel Brown. Closing date for quote will is June 30, 2003 at 1:00 pm CST.
