- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina (VAMC Durham) has the need for a contractor to provide Primary Care and Mental Health Care Services to include Nurse Visits (if needed) in a newly constructed VA-leased outpatient clinic building located at 5420 Highway 70 West, Morehead City, NC 28557. The contract period will be twelve months from date of award with two (2) twelve month renewable option periods. It is the VA=92s intent to solicit offers and award one or more contracts on a competitive basis.=20 The NAICS code is 621498. Size Standard $8.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available electronically on or about June 20, 2003 at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or http://www.fedbizops.gov. Electronics proposals/offers will not be accepted. An OF-17 should be placed on the outer envelope indicating the solicitation number or the solicitation number should be handwritten in the lower left corner of envelope to ensure proper identification of proposals.
