- Description
- Contractor shall provide all facilities, supplies, equipment, and personnel to provide Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures for outpatient veteran beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Fayetteville, Arkansas, and the Gene Taylor Community Based Outpatient Clinic (GTCBOC), Mt. Vernon, Missouri. Contractor's facilities must be located within a 10 mile radius of the VAMC, 1100 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR, or a 40 mile radius of the GTCBOC, 600 North Main, Mt. Vernon, MO. The government may elect to award multiple contracts under this solicitation. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 6/18/03 on the VA Business Opportunities System, or from the referenced Point of Contact. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to POC through e-mail or fax #479-444-5031.
