Description: DOT intends to issue a contract to Commerical Roofing Concepts to restore the roofs of 3 buildings at Moncrief Hospital at Ft. Jackson, SC. The restoration includes cleaning, application of primer, base and finish costs, as well as adding several drain inserts, and installing the Eraguard/Erathane/Erakote system. It is necessary that the contractor starts immediately to avoid other project delays. All work must be completed within 30 days from start date.
