- Description: This synopsis is modified to delete the sentence that states that the solicitation will also be launched to the FEDBIZOPS website. The solicitation has been launched to the Statebuy Interactive Platform exclusively and all amendments and other files associated with this solicitation will be launched exclusively to that site. It is located at: https://state.monmouth.army.mil/ Browse for the RFP number listed above. All prospective vendors should subscrive to the email list serve on that Statebuy site through the "Email Subscription Service". Click on that link and follow the instructions. In that way, you will recieve an email when amendments or other files are launched under this solicitation. There is no need to use the "Vendor Registration" unless the submission of an electronic proposal is authorized, which in this solicitation, it is not. Under the subscription form, please choose the CBD categories for the types of solicitations that you are interested in receiving email notification(s). For example, Local Guard Services is FEDBIZOPS (formerly CBD) category "S".
