- The Department of State has a requirement to replaced two existing DC Capacitors at the United States Embassy in Cairo, Egypt. "Brand Name or Equal". Provide specifications for all equal items. All or none, no split shipments. Must meet all specification required. F.O.B. DESTINATION. LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE (LPTA). REQUIRED DELIVERY. Each UPS is rated for 250 KVA, and installed in stand-alone, dry redundant configuration with one common battery bank. System location and nameplate data are as follows: Location: Cairo Egypt; Manufacturer: Emerson; KVA: 250; KW: 200; Date installed: June 1990; Quantity: 2 Modules; Model No.: 02-788225-61; Serial No.: Unit-1 (19953/14069) Unit-2 (28374/14633); Utility power: 380/220 volts, 50 HZ. All responsible vendors and GSA vendors may submit a quote which if timely received shall be considered by the agency. Vendors shall fax quote by the deadline to P.O.C. Vendors shall call to confirm receipt after faxing quote.
