- Description
- The USDA, Food and Nutrition Service will release a Request for Proposals to have a contractor conduct a nationally representative study of food vendors participating in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC). This study includes one base period with 5 optional tasks not to exceed 50 months at a price range of $1.5 - $2.5M. The Government expects to award a Performance Based Service Contract with monetary incentives. A Solicitation will be released on or about June 25, 2003. Another notice will be placed in this publication on or about June 25 with a web link to download the solicitation. This is an advance notice to the public of the solicitation release pending approval for full and open competition. Interested firms can obtain a hard copy of the solicitation by sending a written request to Laura Hinshaw, Contract Specialist, 3101 Park Center Drive, Room 220, Alexandria, VA 22003 or downloading the electronic version in the followup publication on or about June 25.
