This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year quantity of 134 each and 104 each for the Option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. 60 DARO, Destination. Option to extend term of contract 48 months, duration of contract period 60 months. Other than full and open. Notes 22 and 26 apply. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
