Incremental quantities are 7700 each and 5000 each. Delivery shall be within 150 days after award. Solicitation number is SP0560-03-R-0163 to be issued 6-30-2003. Closing date is July 30, 2003. There are two shipping points; Tracy, California and New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. This acquisition will be unrestricted.
