- BRAKE ASSEMBLY, LEFT HAND, NSN: 2530-00-730-7620, IAW 19207 8336701. BRAKE ASSEMBLY, RIGHT HAND, NSN: 2530-00-730-7621. IAW 19207 8336702. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN. FOB: DESTINATION. THESE PARTS REQUIRE A CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE TEST. THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY TYPE CONTRACT (IQC) WITH A BASE YEAR AND UP TO FOUR (4) PRICED OPTION YEARS. sEE NUMBERED NOTES 1,9, & 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 25 June 2003. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Items will be shipped to various zones within conus. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to subject Request For Proposal (RFP) which shall be considered by the agency. The estimated issuance date is as follows: 25 June 2003.
