- DESCRIPTION: This is an Indefinite Quantity Contracts. Parts Kit Annual Maintenance NSN 4330-01-117-7943 I/A/W Dwg 19207 5705145. Distribution will only be given to those contractors qualified to receive restricted drawings as listed in the Certified Contractors Access List (CCAL). Shipping location is Tracy, CA. Delivery approximately 60 to 90 days. Unit of Issue: Each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 2003 June 27. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
