- Description
- The USCG ELC anticipates awarding a firm fixed price requirements type contract for the purchase of various parts for the AN/SPS-73 Radar. These parts consists of P/N 1720573-104, 1721817-102, 17211818-102, 1721795, 1720575-101, 1722037-100, 1720573-105 and 1720556. A sources sought under REF: 4200HB203 was previously published. The USCG ELC does not possess the manufacturer engineering dreawings, test procedures or test specification. It is the Government's belief that only Raytheon Electronics System, 1050 NE Hostmark Street, Poullsbo, WA 98730 or authorized dealers can provide these parts. Therefore, the Government intends to negotiate directly with Raytheon. The solicitation will be issued via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be mailed, unless necessary. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the EPS system for the RFP release and all subsequent amendments. However all responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency. ATTN: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) The Department of Transportation, short term lending program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
