- DESC: The General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service, Region 3, Philadelphia intends to solicit for CLIN 001 (28) EA- DUKANE LCD PROJECTORS PN 28A8941A - CLIN 002 (26) EA - CHIEF RPA-860 BRACKETS (8800/8800A) - CLIN 003 (28) EA - CHIEF RPA-990 BRACKETS (8941/8941A) - CLIN 004 (48) EA - INTERLINK VP4810 REMOTE POINT RF- CLIN 005 (45) EA- DUKANE DVP-505 DIGITAL DOCUMENT CAMERAS. NO SUBSTITUTIONS NAME BRAND ONLY. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), GST03-03-R-0014. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-13. Delivery is required on or before 13 June 2003. Offers will be evaluated based on technically acceptable lowest offer. Items shall be shipped to US Naval Academy, 290 Buchanan Road, Annapolis, MD 21402 FOB Destination. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (JULY 2002), with their offer. Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items (OCT 2000), Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (FEB 2002), is hereby incorporated by reference. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (MAY 2002), is hereby incorporated by reference. GSAM Clause 552.212-71, Contract Terms and Conditions Applicable to GSA Acquisition of Commercial Items (JUL 2000) is hereby incorporated by reference; clauses 552.203-70, 552.215-70, 552.229-70, 552.232-70, apply to this solicitation and any resultant contract. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
