- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) THAT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This project is being procured under Simplified Acquisition and Commercial Procedures. This project is for road maintenance on the Wayne National Forest in Ohio. General areas of road maintenance include: roadway, roadbed, drainage, equipment, other equipment (proposed by contractor), and mobilization. Work to be performed will be in Zone 1, Ironton Ranger District, Counties of: Lawrence, Gallia, Scioto, Nobel, Vinton, and Jackson; and Zone 2, Athens Ranger District, Counties of: Athens, Hocking, Perry, Monroe, and Washington. This solicitation will result in a best value, firm-fixed price, multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract.
