- Description
- Pre-Invitation Notice for Renovate Restrooms at the United States Courthouse, 123 East Walnut Street, Des Moines, IA. Job PCN RIA23840. Invitation For Bid on or about 03/27/2003. Estimated Cost Range: $100,000 to $250,000. Time for completion: 210 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. No document charge or deposit required. The project consists of providing all labor, material and disposal required to modify the restrooms as shown and specified. This work includes but not limited to, demolition, new partitions, acoustical ceiling, installing doors, frames and hardware; new lighting, sprinklers, painting and associated electrical and mechanical work. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. There is a 10% price evaluation factor for HubZone Small Business and 10% Price Evaluation Adjustment for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. NOTE: REQUEST FOR SPECIFICATIONS MUST BE FAXED TO COURTNEY SPRINGER AT (816) 823-5547. ON THE ATTACHED FORM: DOCUMENT SECURITY NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS.
