- General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for Leased Office Space in Dallas, Texas Project # 3TX0140 Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,633 rentable square feet yielding approximately 1,420 usable square feet of Class A office and related space in Dallas, Texas to be occupied by the Agriculture Marketing Service along with 6 reserved onsite parking spaces. Location: Offered properties must be within the following boundaries- West: Corinth, South: South Lamar, East: Grand and North: South Ervay . Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about May 1, 2004 and is not negotiable. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for as is space and any standard TIs offered. Written responses are required no later than June 12, 2003 ; verbal responses will not be considered.
