- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure four (15) Ball Plates and four (15) Guide Plates from Advance Graphics Equipment (AGE), the original equipment manufacturer. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Parts 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
