Description

This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: (30) Crystaleyes 3 Stereoscopic Visualization Eyewear Wireless Liquid Crystal Shutter Eyewear for Stereo3, part# CE-3 and (30) Standard work area emitter for desktop computers, max range 12ft, supports all computers with Vesa, part# E-2. The FAR provisions at 52.212.1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items pertain. Additionally, the FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items pertain.
