- The work includes professional engineering and construction services. Design and construction work include temporary stream flow diversion, track and storm drain demolition, grade controls, excavation and salvage of structural fill materials, placement of precast concrete box culvert system with joint seals and granular subgrade supports, precast concrete headwalls, aprons and wingwalls, georeinforced segmental retaining walls, placement of structural fill materials, placement of turf (sod), replacement of the railroad track and ballast, and incidental related work.
