Description

The National Park Service is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of metal roofs on 4 historic buildings located on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Milepost 245.5, Bluffs Maintenance Area, Laurel Springs (Allegheny County), North Carolina. The work includes removal and disposal of existing asphalt shingles and roofing material; replacement of damaged and deteriorated wood roof supports and decking; installation of new standing seam metal roofing, vent collars, and continuous roof vents; and site restoration. Price Range is $25,000 to $100,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about July 11, 2003 at the FedBizOpps Website or by fax request at (828) 271-4313.
