Description: NA TACOM plans to acquire 5 each M88A2 HERCULES HEAVY RECOVERY VEHICLES, and one lot of associated requirements consisting of 1 engine, 1 transmission, 1 main winch, 1 right hand final drive, and 1 left hand final drive. This acquisition is being initiated o n a sole source basis with the HERCULES manufacturer: United Defense Limited Partnership, Ground Systems Division, P.O. Box 15512, York, PA 17405-1512. A modification to Contract DAAE07-01-C-N030 with United Defense L.P. will be generated to execute thi s acquisition. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. See Note 22.
