- This is a combined CBD/solicitation notice. The US Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is hereby soliciting for Summer Bus Services for the Summer Day Camp at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ in accordance with the attached solicitation hyperlink. Offerors are to provide a price and written documentation that includes proof of liability insurance; written certification that all buses are up to date with State Vehicle Inspection and that all seats are equipped with seat belts; and that all drivers possess the valid security clearances in accordance with the requirements of the State of New Jersey.
